Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us via the "Contact Us" link. Requests received later than two business days prior to the end of the current service period will be processed as cancellations for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We strive to create the best service experience for our clients. In the event that a client is not completely satisfied with our products, we offer a refund.

If payment was made via credit card, refunds will be processed back to the original card used for the transaction. In the case of payment gateway transactions, refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment.
