Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be formally requested through the designated Contact Us link available on our website or communicated through official channels provided by Sekurepe.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the end of the current billing or service cycle to be effective for the subsequent period.
- Any cancellation requests received beyond this window will result in the continuation of service into the next cycle, and no pro-rata adjustments will be made for the current period.
- Sekurepe reserves the right to process cancellations in accordance with applicable operational timelines and reserves full discretion in handling late requests or special circumstances.
Refund Policy
We strive diligently to deliver products and services that meet the unique needs and expectations of our clients. Our design, development, and service teams are dedicated to creating highly customized, suitable solutions for every project.
However, in case a client is not fully satisfied with the quality or outcome of our services despite all reasonable efforts, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- The client must provide clear and verifiable reasons for dissatisfaction with the service or product, backed by documented evidence or substantial justification.
- Refund requests will undergo a detailed internal evaluation and investigation process.
- Refunds, once approved, will be issued through the same payment channel used at the time of purchase:
- For payments made via credit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card used during the original transaction.
- For payments made through any payment gateway or online account, the refund will be processed to the same account from which payment was initiated.
- Refunds are subject to processing timelines as may be applicable under banking and financial regulations.
- Sekurepe reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative charges or transaction costs, wherever applicable.
General Terms
- Refunds or cancellations will not be entertained for services that have been utilized partially or where substantial delivery of service has already occurred.
- No refund requests will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of service delivery unless otherwise specified under a separate contractual agreement.
- Customized services, special projects, and non-standardized offerings may carry specific cancellation or refund terms, which shall be disclosed at the time of contract initiation.
